SXSW2008 Day #1

March 8th, 2008 by Cesar Torres

Matt Mullenweg, WordPress founderAfter the first day of SXSW Interactive, I’m sitting here wondering why I never attended this conference before. So far, after only about 3/4 of a day, I’ve had so much fun and met so many interesting people, including Justine Ezarik, Tim Ferriss (who signed my book) and as pictured above, Matt Mullenweg, the founding developer of WordPress (the very CMS this blog is written on).

All in all, it’s been really rewarding to be around all of these people and to finally get to put real faces to digital pictures, blog posts and Tweets. I’m headed off for day two. See you at the conference!
